During the Pulled Warp Weaving Design Club, participants learned to weave with a loom under the guidance of Nicky Vollebregt. They transformed 2D woven textiles into three-dimensional forms using the pulled-warp technique.
The objects were created by participants Bo de Bruin, Lana Asiedua, Pleunie Wouda, Pien Wouda, Bodile Janssen, Tika Buisman, Yash Moennasing, and Fay Kleimeer.
Objects made in the Design Club are unique and handmade. Participants receive 20% royalties on their design. The rest of the proceeds go back into the project.
